An Australian chef has revealed how to make the ultimate cheese toastie using a little-known method.
Sydney chef Guillermo posted a short video on TikTok demonstrating how to make the tasty cheat meal.
The dish only requires six ingredients including a bread loaf, grated cheese, chopped parsley, butter, chopped or minced garlic and parmesan.
The video has since been viewed thousands of times by others who are likely to replicate the recipe at home.

In the video the chef slices the bread into thick pieces and cuts off the crust to create a square shape.
He then carefully creates the cheese pouch by cutting a slit down the centre of the bread.
To make the garlic butter, the chef melts the butter in a pot then adds chopped parsley and minced garlic. The bread is then covered in the garlic butter and toasted in a pan
To make the meal even tastier, the chef added grated parmesan cheese and more garlic butter on top of the toastie while cooking
Next, he melted butter in a pot and added the minced garlic and parsley for seasoning.
A pastry brush was used to cover the toastie in the delicious garlic butter before frying in a pan on the stove top.
A spatula or another smaller pan can be used to flatten the bread and cook the cheese inside.
To make the meal even tastier, the chef added grated parmesan cheese and more garlic butter on top of the toastie while cooking.
The end result looked mouth-watering with crispy edges and an oozing cheese centre.
