A father-of-six who gave up almost everything to be with his felon fiancée is reeling after finding out on social media that she may be engaged to not one but two other guys.
Shawn, 45, from Las Vegas, Nevada, met Destinie, 28, online when she was still in prison and popped the question shortly after her release, despite his loved ones’ fears that she was catfishing him. But after Destinie abandoned him, he’s finally realizing that he might not know her at all.
In a preview clip from Friday’s episode of the We TV series Life After Lockup, Shawn searches for Destinie on social media for the first time ever and is stunned by what he learns.

‘I’m not really on social media, and I never really saw Destinie on any, so I never really thought to look online for her,’ he explains.
Shawn is using his cellphone to search for Destinie on Facebook while his mechanic friend is hunched over the hood of a car.
‘Look, here’s one right here,’ he announces. ‘It’s a different last name and everything, but it’s definitely her.’
The photo shows Destinie cuddled up close to a man named Jose, someone Shawn has never seen before.
‘It says, “Jose Y Destinie,”‘ Shawn explains, cursing. ‘It says flat out that she’s engaged.’

Hard truth? Shawn’s friend tells him that he thinks Destinie uses guys and then takes off after she gets what she wants from them
Shawn’s friend, who is just as confused as he is, responds: ‘Wait, but I thought you guys were engaged and you guys were getting married.’
None of this is making sense to Shawn, who continues to search for Destinie on the app, but instead of finding answers, he ends up with more questions.
‘Here’s another one, but this is from last year. It says engaged,’ he says ‘Wow, so the past couple of years she’s been in jail, supposedly. Like she’s been engaged to two other guys with me. That’s three guys.’
Shawn’s friend tells him that he thinks Destinie uses guys and then takes off after she gets what she wants from them.

‘I wouldn’t say she’s a catfish,’ he adds, ‘but she did you wrong.’
Shawn spent thousands of dollars on Destinie when she was in prison, and he also put up a $50,000 parole bond to ensure her release from prison.
In his testimonial, he admits he’s starting to think that his fiancée ‘just plays guys.’
‘Maybe she was using me or maybe she just did,’ he says. ‘Maybe she took what money she could and everything that she could get and just kind of bailed on me.
‘Maybe she did the same thing to these other guys or maybe she’s still doing it to these other guys,’ he adds. ‘Maybe she has these secret lives I don’t even know about.’
