The Veronicas’ Jessica Origliasso jokes she’ll MARRY an American fan to give them an Australian partnership visa as the election rages on… a week after her shock split from fiancé Kai Carlton

She announced her devastating split from fiancé Kai Carlton last week, hinting she was dumped with ‘no real explanation’.

But Veronicas singer Jessica Origliasso, 35, poked fun at her single status on Wednesday, as she offered to marry an American fan to give them an Australian partnership visa amid the nail biting presidential election.

On The Veronicas’ Twitter account, a post read: ‘Also, Jess still isn’t married yet and a partnership visa is still up for grabs if anyone wants out of the USA.’

Speaking out: On Thursday, Jessica and her twin sister Lisa (pictured) – also known as The Veronicas – shared a string of Tweets aimed at their ‘USA babes’ as the presidential election rages on

She and her identical twin sister Lisa also posted messages of support to U.S. residents amid the uncertainty of the election, as Donald Trump and Joe Biden’s race to the White House continues.

‘To all our USA babes, are thinking of you all. Remember that you are all powerful beyond measure,’ they wrote.

‘But back to being serious – everyone who voted, you are seen, you are heard and you are the change. No matter what happens tonight, we will all keep fighting for a more compassion and equality always.’

Jess announced her split form her American musician fiancé in a statement last week.
