‘Just wanted to add that I have trained throughout all of my pregnancies and am a qualified personal trainer,’ Krystal wrote.

She added: ‘I listen to my body and make sure I take enough rest in between sets and ensure that I also replenish my body with good food to ensure milk supply isn’t compromised.’

She finished: ‘I do not recommend that everyone begin training so soon after giving birth. Please ensure you have doctor’s clearance prior.’

In May, Krystal shared a very honest post exposing the reality of ‘Insta-perfect’ pregnancies.

The influencer revealed how some pregnant women make themselves look toned and flawless on Instagram by striking very specific poses.

She shared side-by-side selfies to demonstrate how posing differently in each one had completely changed her appearance.

She explained that when taking pregnancy selfies, women have the opportunity to either highlight the flattering changes to their bodies or ‘fixate on the flaws’.

‘Pregnancy can look very different depending on what we choose to focus our attention on. We have a choice to either fixate on the “flaws”, the changes our body is going through that maybe aren’t as welcomed as others,’ began Krystal.

‘Or we can choose to take the good with the not so good and shift our focus to the amazing transformations our body is going through. Thanking it for all that it has done and continues to do for us, commending it for being such an incredible vessel that can create and carry life within it.

‘Let’s challenge our own minds, let’s take on those silly thoughts we all have about ourselves at times and drown them out with gratitude because after all, just because something isn’t “perfect” does it really make it any less beautiful.’

At the end of last month, Krystal welcomed her third child with builder husband Neil Hipwell, son Huska.

She and Neil are based in Sydney’s Cronulla with their family, including children, Nakoda, one, and Sunny, five.
