The Duchess of Cambridge has been flying the flag for British brands when dressing her children for Prince William‘s Birthday and Father’s Day photographs.

Kate, 38, dressed her youngest son Prince Louis, two, in a £12.95 Gap t-shirt and £22 Navy Hampton Canvas Nantucket shoes from high street chain the Trotters – both of which are still in stock.

Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte, 5, sported sold out £10 John Lewis embroidered dungaree shorts for the snaps, released to mark the Duke of Cambridge’s birthday and Father’s Day, both of which fall today.

The gorgeous photographs are the latest to be taken by the Duchess of Cambridge, and were captured on Friday in the grounds of their Norfolk country home, Anmer Hall.

Charlotte’s statement garment was teamed with a nautical striped T-shirt and rose-pink £24.99 Igor canvas shoes, which are still available from John Lewis.

Dressed down Prince George sported an old favourite from H&M, a £5.99 khaki T-shirt which he was first seen wearing in an official photograph released by Kensington Palace to mark his sixth birthday last July.

Two photographs were shared by the family, with the first showing the Cambridge children giggling uncontrollably as they pile on to their beaming dad in joyous horseplay.

The Duke and Duchess went back to public work last week to show Britain was open for business again – with Kate visiting a local garden centre and William a bakery.

Kate dressed down in a £175 gilet, shirt and jeans her trip to family-run Fakenham Garden Centre, near her Norfolk home of Anmer Hall.

The visit, which took place on Thursday, marks the Duchess’ first official engagement since the start of lockdown on March 23.

During the visit, the Kate revealed she and William have been making trips to go ‘food shopping’ in recent weeks but have otherwise been at home with their three children.

She said the children have been growing tomato plants and have been learning about the importance of spending time outside.

Meanwhile the Duke of Cambridge carried out his second engagement of the week on Friday with a visit to Smiths the Bakers, in King’s Lynn, where he was presented with a cake for his 38th birthday.
