Sam Frost flaunts her toned midriff in activewear as she returns to work on Home and Away

She’s the former Bachelorette star who has fast become a fan favourite on Home and Away.

And on Thursday, Sam Frost, flaunted her incredibly toned midriff while she worked up a sweat in activewear on the set of the long-running Seven drama.

The 31-year-old blonde beauty looked every inch the television star as sher filmed scenes at Sydney’s Palm Beach.

She had her tresses up in a top bun, while her fringe fell parted on her face. 

The actress appeared to be filming scenes for different days, at one stage she was seen wearing a matching crop top and high-pants. 

In another, she switched into different workout clothes. 

Sam appeared to be in good spirits after a three month production break, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

At one stage, she was seen filming scenes with her co-star Penny McNamee, who plays Tori Morgan on the Australian drama.

Earlier this month, Sam shared a photo of herself in her character as Jasmine Delaney, which appeared to be dated 2018.

She wrote in the caption: ‘I’m finally back at work tomorrow.’

‘I’m actually not sure if I’ll remember how to be a normal human being,’ she added, referring to her extended time away from the show. 

The actress mused: ‘It’ll be like when I’m cruising along in my car, and spotting a police driving behind me. I immediately forget how to behave like a normal human, and start panicking about whether or not I paid that speeding fine in 2014.

‘Then when I finally turn off, I’m like “phew, that was close” even though I wasn’t doing anything wrong,’ she concluded.

Sam’s excited return to Summer Bay comes as the long-running soap resumed filming on May 25, after it was forced to shut down back over coronavirus fears.

It now has strict measures in place to ensure the safety of their cast and crew.

This includes temperature checks, regular cleaning schedules and social distancing. 

A Channel Seven spokesperson told the paper: ‘A range of measures will be in place to minimise risk for the cast and crew, to be overseen by dedicated safety officers.
