Kyly Clarke often shares inspirational messages with her Instagram followers.
And on Sunday, the House Rules judge accompanied footage of a gym workout with a lengthy message about perception and staying true to yourself.
The 39-year-old, who announced her split from husband Michael Clarke in February, said it ‘takes a lot’ to show the real you.

‘Perception isn’t always reality. Takes a lot to be the real you from the bottom of your core and also portray your truths,’ she wrote online.
‘Staying true to who you are, but also choosing to work out how to step outside your comfort zone and embrace that also.’
Referring to an accompanying video of herself performing a workout in a gym, Kyly revealed that she feels outside of her comfort zone when training in a sports bra.

‘Growing up around modelling and bikini competitions, you would see me wearing less clothing and being okay with it,’ she went on to say.
‘Only because I felt untouchable on a stage, or the feeling no one could invade my personal space on a shoot because it’s only a photo.
‘It may sound simple and also weird, but I would never wear an actual sports bra in the gym to train in a session as it’s not my comfort zone. It may have only been for half the session, but I conquered the feeling of being uncomfortable all in one.’

On her Instagram Stories, Kyly also shared a glimpse of her workout, that focused on the glute muscles.
The lifestyle entrepreneur held onto a pair of dumbbells and performed squats, Romanian deadlifts, as well as seated leg extensions.
Kyly has made headlines over the past few months, splitting from husband of seven years, Michael Clarke in September 2019.
