Candice Warner goes missing on SAS Australia

Former Ironwoman Candice Warner goes missing on SAS Australia and is kidnapped and bound in terrifying scenes

The recruits were awoken by the sound of gunshots during Tuesday’s episode of SAS Australia, as they were put through a dramatic emergency evacuation exercise.

After frantically dressing and leaving their base camp, Candice Warner lagged behind the rest of the group, who were already nearing the evacuation site.

It proved to be a costly mistake for the 35-year-old former Ironwoman, who was captured and bound by the show’s DS, who were posing as the enemy.

‘I’m not as strong or as fast as I used to be. But mentally I’m stronger, because of things that you achieved in your life and you’ve overcome,’ she acknowledged.

As the other recruits all descended upon their evacuation point, they performed a head count, and quickly realised Candice was missing from the group.

Firass Dirani then quietly broke away from the rest of the recruits and snuck back to base camp in an effort to find Candice.

After arriving back at base camp, Firass, 37, armed himself with a metal rod and went running into the sleeping quarters to free Candice from her captors.

His reckless actions left the show’s DS (directing staff) furious, especially after he poked Ollie Ollerton with the metal rod.

‘Oi! Get that the f**k away from me, you f**king d**khead!’ shouted Ollie.

‘Give me the f**king pole, p***k. What are you doing?’ asked Jason Fox.

Firass explained that he’d come back to save Candice, leaving the DS stunned as they asked where the other recruits were.

‘Right, next time you do something f**king heroic like that, I’d suggest you f**king bring at least two of you. And don’t bring a f**king five-foot picket to a gun fight,’ added Jason.
