The Walking Dead: World Beyond: Iris Bennett gets scammed by newcomer Percy as her intuition fails
Iris Bennett relied on her intuition and got scammed by Percy on Sunday’s episode of The Walking Dead: World Beyond.
The sixth episode of the spin-off series titled Shadow Puppets opened with Iris [Aliyah Royale] and her group being surprised by the arrival at night of Percy [Ted Sutherland] to their camp.
Security officer Felix Carlucci [Nico Tortorella] disarmed Percy who was then invited to stay and eat by Iris.

Percy spun a tale about traveling with Mike and Tony who stole his supplies.
Hope Bennett [Alexa Mansour] noticed some holes in his story and Percy revealed that he was really robbed of a truck with a load of fuel.
Iris then proposed they help him retrieve the truck in exchange for a ride.
Elton Ortiz [Nicolas Cantu] spray painted a message for security officer Huck [Annet Mahendru] who was out on a scouting mission that they would be back soon.

Stick up: Percy approached the group at night armed with a stick
Standing ground: Elton, Iris, Hope and Silas stood their ground against Percy
Silas Plaskett [Hal Cumpston] grew jealous of the attention that Percy was receiving from Iris, while Hope tried to get closer to Elton out of guilt for killing his pregnant mother in the chaos of the zombie apocalypse.
They reached their destination and planned the heist with Felix suggesting they locate Mike and Tony first while Percy advocated for a quick hotwiring and escape.
Percy bolted and Felix followed him, but they found Tony [Scott Adsit] dead from a gunshot to the head in the driver’s seat of the truck.
Feeling guilty: Hope tried to get closer to Elton out of guilt for killing his pregnant mother in the chaos of the zombie apocalypse
Getting jealous: Felix walked with Silas who was getting jealous of the attention Percy was getting from Iris
The group decided that Percy and Felix would go after Mike, with Hope and Elton as lookouts, while Iris and Silas stayed by the truck to guard their belongings.
Iris bailed on the plan to help Percy and they heard someone cleaning up in a bathroom as Percy retrieved the truck keys from a jacket.
They were leaving when Percy noticed his supplies and gave the truck keys to Iris saying he would catch up with her.
Truck heist: Iris decided they should help Percy get his truck back in exchange for a ride
Battle plan: Felix said they should get eyes on Mike and Tony before moving forward
Hot wiring: Percy said he could quickly steal the truck and they could escape
Moving out: Felix moved out with Elton and Hope as lookouts
She was about to exit when she heard a struggle and gunfire and went back upstairs to help Percy.
Iris instead found a zombie in the bathtub and Percy’s stolen supplies consisting of just paper stuffed in backpacks.
Tony also was not dead and stole their bags and drove off in the truck while Silas was distracted by the gunfire.
One job: Silas and Iris were tasked with staying behind and guarding their bags, but she bailed and went to help Percy
Room check: Percy and Iris checked a room where they heard someone cleaning up in a bathroom
On guard: Hope and Elton were on guard as they searched for Mike
Iris chased after Percy but clumsily fell into a dumpster where she had to fight off two zombies before being rescued by Felix.
More zombies, however, approached but they all were rescued when Percy and Tony drove back.
They all camped out later and it was revealed that Tony is Percy’s uncle who raised him after he was abandoned by his mother.
Mom’s book: Elton was shown working on his late mother’s book
No trust: Silas did not trust Percy and shared his feelings with Felix
