She revealed last year that she was trying to ‘love her authentic self’ and be more accepting of her body.

And on Monday, former Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield showed off her figure as she shared a video of her real stomach.

The 25-year-old shared a TikTok video of herself in a bikini sucking in and then relaxing, saying she wants to ‘normalise’ natural tummys rather than ‘contorting.’

'Can we normalise it please?' On Monday, The Bachelor's Abbie Chatfield stripped off into a bikini as she shared a video of her real stomach and slammed 'contorting' bodies

‘It’s the constantly contorting my body even when no ones looking for me,’ Abbie wrote.

‘This is probably why I have lower back pain and this TikTok trend CALLED ME OUT. Lmao this isn’t a ”I’m so bloated from bread!!” post, it’s literally just what we look like when we don’t suck in and have a uterus, can we normalise it pls?’

She added: ‘Even if it’s just for our lower backs?’

In the clip, audio can be heard of a woman saying: ‘B**ch sometimes I don’t wanna, sometimes I don’t wanna do that,’ as Abbie sucks in.

As Abbie breathes out, the woman says: ‘Sometimes I wanna do this.’

In December last year, Abbie spoke about her body battles in an open letter shared to Instagram.

She posted a video of herself dancing in a bikini alongside a lengthy caption in which she reflected on learning to love ‘her authentic self’.

‘I get so many questions asking how I am so confident and proud of my body, but I struggle as often as a lot of you do I’m sure!’ she began the post.

She added: ‘I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life, and have always felt unlovable because I’m not stick thin.’

‘I’ve never admitted it, but I suck in my stomach ALL. THE. TIME.’

She continued: ‘Even when I’m at home alone, it’s not healthy and I still need to work on loving my authentic self.’

‘For me, body positivity isn’t about being confident in my body every day, but being able to still love yourself when you’re not feeling your best,’ she wrote.
