Married At First Sight fans have voiced their support for Alana Lister after she took on both Bryce Ruthven and ‘husband’ Jason Engler at the show’s final commitment ceremony on Monday.
Alana, 30, said she had no regrets about telling fellow bride Melissa Rawson that Bryce had been planning to break up with her.
And while her comments angered both Bryce, 31, and Jason, Alana stood by her remarks, which delighted the show’s fans.

Fans thought the defiant school teacher deserved ‘a crown’ for standing up for Melissa, 31, and women in general.

‘Move over, Lizzie. Alana is the new queen,’ tweeted one viewer, referencing former MAFS star Elizabeth Sobinoff, while another crowned her, ‘Alana, Mother of #MAFS’.
‘This time last week I would not have imagined I’d adore Alana this much but here we are,’ tweeted another fan.
They added: ‘She’s a badass self-aware queen; the only one of the lot of them that I won’t begrudge the Insta fame to’.

Others slammed Jason, 35, for not defending his ‘wife’, despite being the one to inform her of Bryce’s comments.
‘Jason, do you wanna comment?’ a furious Alana asked her partner after Bryce branded her a liar.
After sitting silent, a non-committal Jason finally said: ‘You’re not a liar. If that’s Bryce’s recollection of it, so be it.’

But his reluctance to weigh in on the discussion infuriated fans, who thought Jason was more protective of his friend than of his own ‘wife’.
‘Alana is not lying. Jason is so hesitant to confirm her story because he doesn’t want to ruin his little bromance with Bryce. But it’s 100% true,’ wrote one fan.
‘Jason legit cares more for Bryce than the woman he’s been sleeping with,’ added another, while someone else commented, ‘Jason won’t defend his wife but will defend Bryce without thinking twice. Gross.’

During a dramatic dinner party last week, Alana told Melissa that Jason had confided that Bryce had told him he’d be ‘single’ at the end of the experiment.
‘A few weeks ago, you [Melissa] went to the bathroom and a comment was made, behind your back, from Bryce to Jason, saying, “Let’s catch up on New Year’s, because I’ll be single then,”‘ Alana claimed.
Bryce insisted he’d never made such a comment, while a mortified Jason couldn’t believe his wife would betray him.
