An influencer has revealed how videos can be edited to make someone look slimmer with just a few clicks of a button. 

Danae Mercer, who lives in Dubai and boast more than two million followers on Instagram, shared a video demonstrating how the Pretty Up app can make her legs longer, smooth her skin, and shrink her waist.

The model and journalist, who often posts about unrealistic beauty standards online, posted the videos last week and her followers said the results are ‘terrifying’ and ‘shocking’.

Within seconds, she’s able to also edit her face by smoothing her skin and making her nose smaller.

The clip quickly racked up thousands of comments with many saying how ‘scary’ the editing was.
