Kim Zolciak, 42, and husband Kroy Biermann, 35, test positive for COVID-19

Kim Zolciak revealed that she and her husband Kroy Biermann recently tested positive for COVID-19.

‘Been a hell of a ride,’ said the 42-year-old blonde beauty as she shared a photo of her spouse as well as herself at the doctor’s office on Tuesday. 

The pair live in Atlanta and have four young children together, Kaia, Kash, Kroy Jr and Kane; she also has two adult daughters, Brielle and Arianna, from a previous relationship. It is believed they are all living together in the same mansion under lockdown. 

‘Hubby and I tested + for Covid A few days ago! Been a hell of a ride!’ the Real Housewives of Atlanta veteran said in her Instagram Stories.

She also said: ‘Very thankful for our Dr’s and HUGE thank you to @tuff22 for keeping us healthy and Piedmont Infusion Center as well THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You guys rock! Thank you for all you do,’ she added sharing a red heart emoji.

The influencer then shared: ‘My nurses were absolutely phenomenal.’ 

In the image 35-year-old Kroy is wearing a black shirt and cap with a white face mask on as he looks at his cell phone. 

Kim is taking the photo and her face cannot be seen, but she allows part of her arm, which has an IV in it, to be viewed.  

In Georgia there have been 987,000 COVID-19 cases and 16,936 deaths.

In the US there have been 28.7million cases and 516,000 deaths.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp told Squawk Box on Wednesday that Georgia does not have a statewide mask mandate and he explained why.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced Tuesday he is rescinding the statewide mask mandate and allowing all businesses to reopen at 100% capacity and other states are expected to follow. 

In 2017 the Biermann family had a scare when Kash was attacked by a dog.

Kim said she felt he was being ‘protected’ by a guardian angel after he got mauled.

The reality TV star was an emotional ‘wreck’ after Kash was attacked by the canine but was convinced the youngster had someone looking out for him from the heavens above because he made a fast improvement. 

She wrote: ‘This has been the hardest week of my life and I’ve been a wreck, Kash is on the mend and doing so much better Thank You God! 

‘Kash was definitely being protected I just can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely incredible my husband has been.

‘Every tear, every doubt, every ounce of anger, frustration, confusion and fear this man has calmed my nerves, held my hand, prayed with me, stood tall when I was crumbling and reassured me every step of the way.

‘I always knew he would but when you are faced with something so terrifying and horrific he could of crumbled just like I did, but he didn’t he held us all together also I wanted to thank ALL OF YOU for your prayers and strength. and Kash thanks you too!!’ 

She said just before Kash underwent his operation: ‘I don’t know where to start. The last 14hrs of our lives has been a living nightmare. My sweet @kashbiermann was bit by a dog and had very traumatic injuries. I’ve never prayed so hard, or been so scared in my life. My husband, our daughters, Kj, Tracey, his nanny, Michael Beck and everyone close to us all pulled together and held each other up.

‘Kash was in the operating room for a couple hours and now we are praying for a quick speedy recovery.  

Kim, who was born Kimberleigh Marie Zolciak-Biermann in Florida, is a veteran television personality.
