And the Academy Award winner is treating her fans to the full experience with a new collaboration.
She’s revealing the secrets to her rock hard bod, as her lifestyle brand Respin launches a workout series on the free fitness app FitOn, which she teased Tuesday on Instagram.

The 54-year-old wrote: ‘I’m so excited to announce that @peterleethomas and I have partnered with @fitonapp x @respin to launch a series of ALL-NEW workouts that are totally FREE on the @fitonapp.
‘These will give you a taste of our rē•spin YOUR FIT at-home program. You can expect some martial arts inspired exercises, plyo and more…they will get your heart pumping!’
She appeared in the teaser with her fitness partner, celebrity trainer Peter Lee Thomas, as they demonstrated some of the exercises.

The film, which made its world premiere in September at Toronto International Film Festival, follows a disgraced fighter as she reunites with her six-year-old son while preparing to take on a rising MMA star.
Thomas told HollywoodLife last year of Berry’s dedication to fitness, after helping her get into shape for the role: ‘This is now her life, and this is so important.’
He added: ‘She doesn’t feel herself when she’s not doing it, because she realizes how beneficial that is and how good it is for the hormones, how good it is for her sleep, how good it is for her.’
Berry has recently signed on to executive produce and star in the sci-fi adventure film The Mothership for Netflix, which also bought Bruised in a record-breaking $20million deal.

The Monster’s Ball actress is also thriving in her personal life, after she made her relationship official with Grammy-winning artist Van Hunt, 50, in September.
A source recently told Us Weekly that Hunt ‘really brings out the fun side of Halle,’ adding: ‘Halle absolutely believes Van is the one for her. [She] can see herself settling down with him.’
The insider noted that the feeling is very mutual: ‘Van is head over heels for Halle. It’s adorable to see how much his is infatuated with her.’
