EXCLUSIVE: Married At First Sight’s James Susler ’causes PR headache for Nine as he fails to answer his phone ahead of breakfast radio interviews’

Luxury car salesman James Susler wed insecure single mother Joanne Todd on Wednesday’s episode of Married At First Sight.

And 44-year-old James apparently caused a PR headache for Channel Nine when he was a no-show for the couple’s breakfast radio interviews on Thursday.

Daily Mail Australia understands Nine’s PR team and the bride herself were frantically trying to get in contact with the groom ahead of their scheduled appearances.

The network likely wanted each of the couples to do joint interviews in an effort to avoid spoiling the outcome of the experiment.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine for comment.
