Channel Ten’s Hughesy, We Have a Problem has been hammered in the ratings.
The comedy panel show, which stars Becky Lucas and Nazeem Hussain as regular panelists, failed to crack 300,000 viewers during Monday night’s premiere.
According to Radio Today on Tuesday, the show managed to pull in a paltry 264,000 metro viewers.

It is a 36% drop from last year’s premiere, which saw 411,000 viewers tune in to watch the series.
The number was made worse by the show’s lead-in audience from The Amazing Race, which attracted 558,000 metro viewers.
These numbers don’t include views on Ten’s streaming service.

It is no doubt a slip for the series, but it does prove the show can still hold a steady audience for Channel Ten’s weekday line-up.

The show recently started featuring a new point-scoring system, which sees host Dave Hughes score the best answer from the panel.

The small tweak didn’t seem to be a hit, with some critics saying it stilted the program and even slowed it down.
The point-scoring system is essentially a minor change, with the comedians and guests still sharing funny banter with each other.
It comes after Dave revealed he had ‘bit off more than he can chew’ when he signed up to host 2Day FM’s new Sydney breakfast show.
He fronts the program alongside Ed Kavalee and Erin Molan.
‘Absolutely I bit off more than I can chew, but I love radio,’ he told The Sydney Morning Herald last month.
‘I really want to live in Sydney. When the network has gone, “We’ve got long-term faith in you” … you’re crazy not to do it,’ he added.
