Mark Wright looks on fine form as he limbers up while training with Crawley Town FC

He was recently forced to self-isolate after 11 members of his football team tested positive for coronavirus.

But Mark Wright was back training with his Crawley Town FC team mates at the Peoples Pension Stadium on Saturday ahead of their match against Harrogate Town.

The former TOWIE star, 34, who made his debut for the team last month, looked on fine form as he limbered up alongside his fellow footballers.

Mark looked full of concentration as he stretched his muscles and warmed up ahead of the their League Two match.

He then got into formation as he joined the players for a variety of training exercises. 

Last month, the star was forced to isolate at home after eleven of his teammates tested positive for coronavirus.

He spent his 34th birthday in quarantine as restrictions meant he was unable to leave his home for any reason.

A representative for Mark confirmed to MailOnline: ‘Some of Mark’s team mates at Crawley Town tested positive which meant their FA Cup tie against Bournemouth this coming weekend has been postponed.

‘Mark is of course following all guidelines.

‘Consequently he as had to postpone his daily BBC 2 fitness show, Workout the Wright Way, by a week, which was due to start next Monday.

‘Also will be broadcasting his daily Heart evening radio show from home, which he did last night until, he is allowed out.’

Despite spending his birthday in quarantine, his wife Michelle Keegan, 33,  made the day special as she paid tribute to her beau with some sweet throwback snaps on Instagram.

She wrote: ‘You drive me mental and keep me sane at the same time. So proud of you for everything you do and the person that you are. Can’t wait to celebrate properly with you x.’ 

Meanwhile, Mark  showed off the inside of his incredibly healthy fridge on Loose Women on Wednesday as he continued to host his Get Moving With Mark segment.

The former reality star had plenty of nutritious foods to keep him going throughout the week, including vegetables, protein and juices. 

During the show panellist Brenda Edwards revealed she has managed to lose 4lbs in two weeks, after being coached by Mark on how to improve her diet and exercise regime. 

Speaking of her weight-loss, Brenda, 52, told the panel: ‘I’m on week two, and I’ve lost 4lbs.

‘My portion control has changed, usually I would have a plate and I would have to fill the plate. I have consciously controlled the portions and continued my exercise.’

Mark told the panel of Brenda’s progress: ‘I’m so proud and I must saw, Brenda you look like you’re glowing, even on the phone last night when we talked to each other you were so positive you must be so proud of yourself.’

As he showed off his fridge which was stacked high with fruit and vegetables, Mark dished out some of his advice: ‘For me it’s 100 per cent about balance, it’s so easy for someone to say cut this out, do this exercise.

‘I don’t believe in that, I have cheat days, I eat what I like on the weekend. 

‘Brenda was honest she said “Mark my biggest struggle was chocolate”, and I said “what can we do to make it better?”

‘We talked about it together and now Brenda is eating 70 per cent dark chocolate, she can only have two bits because it’s so rich. 

‘If you make yourself hungry you’re going to want to grab those crisps that chocolate.’
