Bachelor Nation’s Jordan Kimball engaged to girlfriend Christina Creedon in Christmas Eve proposal

Jordan Kimball celebrated Christmas with some exciting news.

The Bachelor In Paradise season five winner proposed to girlfriend Christina Creedon on Christmas Eve.

He surprised her as he got down on one knee, popping the question with a 2.35 carat diamond ring inscribed with ‘Miss Kimball’, as her family watched on, before mass at their church in Houston, Texas.

The 28-year-old posted a video of the moment to his Instagram Story, as the bride-to-be got misty-eyed at the sight of him on his knee.

He and Creedon later shared a video update with his 449K followers, as he said: ‘Thanks for all the love guys. She’s wearing out the term “fiancé” pretty quick. Oh boy. 2021, here we come. We’re putting this year behind us. Thank you so much for all the love, we love y’all right back.’

Kimball also took to Instagram with photos of the moment, putting on a dapper display in their festive finest, with matching red and green.

He captioned the photos: ‘I would bend my knee a million times to stand by you. This ring represents how much I love and listen to you, #jamesallenpartner I selected every detail while smiling and nervously envisioning this moment. I can’t express how lucky I am and just how deeply I’ve fallen in love with you Christina. I could cry thinking about how happy you make me. 

‘I promise to love, nurture and to protect you as long as my heart beats here on earth. I hope that even beyond this life you’ll remember this love. I can’t imagine life without you anymore. Your voice, smile and presence are forged into my picture of the future forever. You’re absolutely precious and I want to bring all of your dreams to life.’ 

‘I pulled it all together and it was it was really special. So we we actually got engaged at a church right before service,’ he told Us Weekly, as Creedon added: ‘It’s the church that I actually, like, my entire family, grew up going there, so it was really special.’

Kimball revealed that they’re thinking of a late 2021 wedding date, adding of their plans: ‘We’re gonna start looking at venues, we might go have brunch at a venue, maybe tomorrow or next weekend.

‘Maybe we’ll get in and out of an old Rolls Royce and you know, do the soup cans behind it and all that stuff. I think we’re gonna do like a Gatsby thing, not full Gatsby not, like, feather in the hat. Really classic, you know, prohibition time… but there will be booze.’

He continued: ‘I’ve never been more at peace, like, getting that ring, and you know, being so certain. You can really do so much with love in your heart. I try to tell folks, you know, hate is a great motivator. But there’s nothing like having love in your heart. What a highlight this year, you know, and we made it together.’

The Bachelorette season 14 alum confirmed his relationship with the special education teacher last November. 

Kimball was previously engaged to Jenna Cooper, 31, with whom he won season five Bachelor In Paradise back in 2018.
