Gal Gadot returns as everyone’s favorite lasso wielding heroine in Wonder Woman 1984, which premiered on HBO Max and in select theaters on Christmas Day.

And the actress, 35, recently revealed that her husband Yaron Varsano and their two daughters, Alma, nine, and Maya, three, made ‘very special’ cameos in the highly anticipated sequel.

‘To have them captured in the film with me, because they are a part of it, meant a lot, and it’s an amazing, amazing souvenir that we will forever cherish,’ gushed Gal to GoodDayDC host Kevin McCarthy.

‘It meant a lot, especially in that very special scene. I have two daughters, both of them appeared.’

Gadot’s oldest daughter Alma appeared in one scene alongside director Patty Jenkins’ son Ace, while her youngest appeared in the same scene with her father.

‘And then my youngest one, with whom I was pregnant with during the reshoots for Wonder Woman, the first one, was there with my husband,’ explained the star.

For fans eager to see the cameos for themselves, Alma, Maya, and Yaron appear on screen during the ‘Christmas Scene,’ which takes place a little over two-hours and 22-minutes into the film.

Specifically, Alma can be seen hurling a snowball into the air, which accidentally collides with Wonder Woman’s alter ego Diana Prince, also played by her mother Gal. Alma utters a swift apology, to which Diana replies: ‘It’s alright.’

Alma’s snowball fight playmate was played by Patty Jenkin’s only child Ace, whom she shares with husband Sam Sheridan.

Two minutes later, audiences can see Yaron standing next to the couple’s youngest daughter Maya as she enjoys a leisurely ride on a Merry-Go-Round.

Gal and Yaron wed in 2008 and welcomed Alma in 2011 and their youngest in 2017.

Although she often shares loved up selfies with her husband to Instagram, the Wonder Woman star has kept the identities of her two daughters off social media entirely.

When asked what her oldest daughter thinks of her Wonder Woman portrayal, Gal admitted to Baby Magazine UK that Alma ‘thinks it’s cool but it’s not that great to her.’

‘I’m just “mum.” She doesn’t pay so much attention. Even when I’m talking to someone about Wonder Woman, she tries any which way she can to change the topic!

‘But she has certainly learned that every woman is a wonder woman. She literally says that, which I love,’ said Gadot.

Wonder Woman 1984 premiered on December 25, a little over three years after DC’s first Wonder Woman installment hit theaters in the summer of 2017.

Despite the highly anticipated nature of the sequel, Warner Bros has chosen to withhold its weekend box office earnings until Sunday, December 27, according to The Hollywood Reporter

Wonder Woman 1984 had its theatrical release delayed numerous times due to the coronavirus pandemic, which is also the reason why Warned Bros decided to ‘shatter the theatrical window entirely and open the film on the same day on HBO Max and in whatever theaters remain open (or roughly 2,150 locations).’
