Shane Warne’s ex-wife Simone Callahan shows off her incredible figure during a yoga workout

Over the past few years she has been sharing videos that show off her impressive yoga skills.

And Simone Callahan, the ex-wife of cricket legend Shane Warne, was at it again on Tuesday, flaunting her trim waist in a crop top and skintight leggings in her latest clip.

The ageless beauty, 50, showed off her lithe frame while performing a yoga routine at a studio in Melbourne.  

The mother-of-three looked graceful as she moved from child’s pose into a cobra pose with ease.  

‘Yoga is a mirror to look at ourselves from within,’ she captioned the post. 

Simone looked ready to work up a sweat in a white crop top and brown leggings and she let her blonde locks hang loose around her shoulders. 

The blonde bombshell has credited yoga as the secret behind her sensational physique. 

During an appearance on A Current Affair in 2018, she said practicing yoga has transformed her body and helped her achieve inner peace.

‘You feel lighter. Just an overall feeling of…It’s hard to explain, but it’s… feeling good,’ she said.

‘I can stand on my head for 15 minutes and come down and feel amazing.’

Since becoming a certified instructor in 2017, Simone – whose son Jackson Warne recently appeared on SAS Australia – regularly shares videos to Instagram of herself performing her yoga moves. 

She also credits the practice for transforming her mind, body and soul following her divorce from cricketer Shane in 15 years ago.

Shane and Simone were married from 1995 to 2005. They briefly reconciled after their divorce, but split again for the final time in 2010.

The former couple share children Brooke, Jackson, and Summer, together.
