Pregnant Bindi Irwin reveals hilarious Instagram versus reality moment with her mother Terri Irwin 

Bindi Irwin posed for a photo with her mother Terri Irwin on Sunday, but all was not what it seemed. 

The 22-year-old and her 56-year-old mum stood alongside a serene lake, cheek to cheek. 

In the photo, Bindi, who is expecting her first child with husband Chandler Powell, 24, was glowing in a dark shirt and blue jeans. 

Terri was likewise dressed down in jeans and a loose, coral shirt, and was beaming in the photos. 

Both Bindi and Terri were wearing caps on their heads, and in the first photo, nothing seemed amiss.

However, in the second image, both women were struggling with their hats in a strong breeze. 

Bindi captioned the set of photos: ‘Instagram vs reality. When our hats blew off at the same time… 

‘Mum, I love you so much. Here’s to many more fabulous moments like this captured on camera.’

The Wildlife Warrior is set to welcome her first child – a daughter – in 2021, and last month she shared ultrasound footage of her growing baby.   

‘Our beautiful daughter is the light of our lives. Beyond thankful that she chose us to be her parents. I can’t wait for her to be here next year,’ Bindi wrote on Instagram. 

In the accompanying video, Bindi was seen in an ultrasound room as the camera panned across to show her unborn child projected on the screen.   

‘This is so exciting. Look at our daughter, she’s so beautiful,’ she gushed. 

Chandler could then be heard in the background saying: ‘Wow, you can see her heartbeat there. Oh my goodness, she is beautiful and very active.’ 

The daughter of the late conservationist Steve ‘The Crocodile Hunter’ Irwin is about 23 weeks pregnant with her first child.
