She recently got her first tattoo on her wrist featuring the initials of all six of her children.

And Madonna continued to prove family comes first as she uploaded sweet photos of her twin daughters Estere and Stella, eight, to Instagram over the weekend.

The musician, 62, flaunted her candyfloss-coloured tresses while her mini-mes sported vibrant wigs for a photoshoot by their older sister Mercy James, 14.

The queen of pop nailed vampy chic in a quirky navy dress as she complemented her appearance with a selection of fresh flowers.

Following in their mother’s footsteps, Estere and Stella looked effortlessly cool in bandanas, before wearing green and red hair extensions. 

The Like A Prayer hitmaker shares Lourdes Leon, 24, with ex Carlos Leon, Rocco Ritchie, 20, and adopted son David Banda, 15, with former husband Guy Ritchie, as well as her other adopted kids Mercy James and twins Estere and Stella.

While she leads an incredibly busy lifestyle, Madonna ensures she always makes time for her brood. 

In 2006, the artist adopted David from the Home of Hope in Malawi as he was battled pneumonia and malaria at the time.

The award-winning songwriter previously admitted she struggled with the criticism she faced when adopting the little boy she was trying to save.

In an interview with PEOPLE, she said: ‘In my mind, I was thinking, “Wait a minute. I’m trying to save somebody’s life. Why are you all s****ing on me right now?’ I did everything by the book.’

David is a keen footballer and in August 2017, Madonna moved to Lisbon after David joined the Benfica football team youth academy. 

Madonna adopted Mercy three years later, before choosing to legally care for twins Estere and and Stella in 2017.
