Wiig and Rothman embarked on a relationship five years ago and had been trying to get pregnant for three years before welcoming their twins via a surrogate.

The SNL alum explained to ET that becoming a mother has made her a lot less selfish.

‘Especially being in this business, you’re on your own a lot, and you make your own decisions. It can be very sort of, like, an isolated existence,’ she said.

‘Now that I have kids, it’s like, ‘Oh, I don’t want this to be about me, I don’t wanna think about me anymore.”
