Pia Miller and fiancé Patrick Whitesell celebrating their engagement at lavish Mexican golf club

Pia Miller is celebrating her engagement to Hollywood super agent Patrick Whitelsell in the lap of luxury. 

Just days after announcing their betrothal via Instagram, the couple are now living it up in Mexico at the exclusive El Dorado Golf & Beach Club. 

Pia, 37, confirmed the pair’s holiday destination on Sunday by sharing an Instagram photo of her fiancé, 55, relaxing at the ritzy resort, alongside the caption: ‘Hello handsome [love heart emoji]’.  

El Dorado Golf & Beach Club is an exclusive, members-only community located on the stunning coastline connecting Mexico’s San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.  

Boasting spectacular desert landscapes and pristine beaches along the Sea of Cortez, El Dorado is comprised of a top-notch golf course surrounded by homes that can be either rented or purchased. 

There are also several empty lots that can be purchased for development, with prices ranging from around $20M to $60M.

Pia announced her engagement to Patrick on Instagram last weekend, sharing a glimpse at her diamond sparkler as she clinked glasses with her husband-to-be. 

Pia, who had reunited with Patrick in Malibu, California, five days prior, captioned the photo: ‘PW².’  

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, 77 Diamonds managing director Tobias Kormind said Pia’s ring is likely worth more than most people make in a lifetime. 

‘From Pia Miller’s celebratory Instagram post, her ring looks like a 10 carat to 12 carat solitaire oval diamond, set in a platinum band, which would be priced at between US$800,000 (AU$1.10million) to US$1.4million (AU$1.9million),’ Mr Kormind said.

With the coronavirus pandemic prompting international border closures, Pia had been living in Sydney while Patrick is based in Los Angeles.

However, they reunited five days prior to getting engaged in California, according to Pia’s Instagram. 

The couple last reunited in September, when Patrick visited Pia at her new home in Sydney’s Bondi.

Pia was first linked to the Hollywood power agent in August last year, following her split with her longtime fiancé, Tyson Mullane, 32.
