Settling right in! Isla Fisher grabs a coffee in Sydney after dropping her children off at school – as she and husband Sacha Baron Cohen make Australia their home

She recently relocated from LA to Australia with her husband, Sacha Baron Cohen.

And Isla Fisher appears to be settling into Sydney life nicely, as she was spotted grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat in the Harbour City on Monday.

The 44-year-old looked relaxed as she walked from the café back to her car while clutching a take-away cup and her car keys.

The Wedding Crashers actress donned a patterned ankle-length dress and brightly coloured slip-on shoes.

She completed her look with a pair of oversized sunglasses, a light blue face mask and a Chanel handbag.

The redhead enjoyed the moment to herself after dropping her children, Olive, 12, Elula, nine, and Montgomery, five, off at a school nearby.

It comes amid speculation Isla and Sacha have followed in the footsteps of Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky by permanently relocating to Australia.

The couple have taken the major and seemingly permanent step of enrolling their children at a school in Sydney – the city where they first met back in 2002.

Last Thursday, Isla was spotted picking up her children from their new school after working on her laptop at a nearby café.

Until recently, the notoriously private family were living in Los Angeles.

But after filming wrapped on Sacha’s latest mockumentary, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, it’s unclear if he has any more work in the pipeline in LA – particularly amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, Isla, who was raised in Perth from the age of six, has always dreamt of bringing up her children in Australia.

She told Marie Claire in 2018: ‘I have this secret fantasy of slowing down, moving to Byron Bay, getting off the grid and sitting on the sand with a Vegemite sandwich.’
