Ali Oetjen claims ex Taite Radley shouldn’t be surprised by SAS Australia confession

Old wounds appear to have reopened between Bachelorette Ali Oetjen and ex-boyfriend Taite Radley three months after announcing their split.

A promotional trailer for Monday’s SAS Australia sees Ali crying over losing ‘soulmate’ Taite – a confession he claims to have been blindsided by.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Monday, Ali said she never felt the need to give a ‘heads up’ to Taite about what was said in her interrogation, because he knew ‘everything was on the table’ by doing the show.

EXCLUSIVE ‘He knew what mental state I was in’: Bachelorette Ali Oetjen claims ex-boyfriend Taite Radley shouldn’t be surprised by her tearful confession on SAS Australia

Ali joined Channel Seven’s military-style show just a few weeks after confirming her split from Taite in July.

‘He knew I was going on the show and he knew what mental state I was in… I had no intention to [talk about him or the split], but yeah,’ Ali explained.

The blonde bombshell said celebrities can’t negotiate with producers or the DS about barred talking points, and insisted ‘everything is on the table’.

‘I think it [the breakup] was inevitable that they were going to talk about it, because they look at everyone’s pasts and mine was fresh, mine was two weeks!’ Ali said,

‘I don’t see why he would be surprised,’ she added to Taite’s saying he would have appreciated to have been given a heads-up before seeing trailers of Ali discussing their split on national television.

Bachelorette star Ali will break down while discussing her recent split with ex-boyfriend Taite on tonight’s episode of SAS Australia .

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Monday, the personal trainer, 29, said: ‘It would have been nice to hear it from her.’

‘She hasn’t spoken to me about anything since she left,’ Taite said.

He added that he was surprised to learn their break-up was being used as emotional fodder during Ali’s interrogation.

Speaking further about their split, he said: ‘I guess I have to wait and see what’s on tonight. I think she is in a stage of her life where she is really finding herself truly.

‘She’s not trying to be someone for someone she’s with to make them happy, she’s just trying to find her true self. When she does find that, the right person will come along and I wish her nothing but happiness. It obviously hurts seeing her so upset but I know it’s just part of her journey.’

While break-ups are always tough, it appears Ali jumped head first into SAS training in August in order to distract herself from her heartbreak.

In an interview with Woman’s Day last week, she said she was ‘definitely’ not going on another dating show again after three unsuccessful stints on the Bachelor franchise.

‘I am definitely not doing another love show, ever!’ she said. ‘I just want to focus on my wellness journey and keep on inspiring people in that industry.’
