Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello walk with their dogs turns wild as a pup tries to go off-leash

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello had some trouble with their puppies on Saturday.

The pop star pair had their hands full while out walking their dogs around their upscale Miami neighborhood on Halloween.

Though things started smoothly for the couple, midway through their stroll their pets became a bit unruly.

Before things got hectic, Camila looked serene in an orange ensemble that paired a tube top with harem pants that had slits up the legs to show skin.

Keeping comfortable, she strode around in white sandals. A golden necklace added a bit of sparkle.

The Fifth Harmony alum had her hair in natural curls, tied up with a scarf.

Shawn looked low-key in a tank top and short which he teamed with a blue knit zip-up.

The couple recently returned to her family’s home in Miami, where they’ve spent their quarantine, following some work in Los Angeles.

Mendes recorded his upcoming fourth studio album Wonder, which drops December 4, from their isolation in Miami.

He told Jimmy Fallon this week: ‘At first, when I got here, it was the beginning of the album process and I was in a full panic state. I was like, “There’s no way I’m going to make music. This is going to be impossible.”

‘But like a week goes by and you start cooking eggs in the morning and you start doing laundry and start taking dogs for a walk and you have a coffee mug and you use the same one every day and it just becomes really nice. It becomes nice. Which sounds so normal for everyone else, but is very abnormal for me.’

The In My Blood artist credited Cabello with helping him adjust to the new normal, and supporting him throughout the creative process.

He continued: ‘From the very beginning, I told her my like thesis statement of what I wanted the album to be and it was the best thing I did because there’s always a point halfway through a project where you’re like, “This is garbage. This is the worst thing I’ve ever done.”

‘”Everything is not—it does not sound good. I don’t know what I am doing.” And that’s when you need that support to be like, “No, stick with the idea cause the idea is beautiful and it’s gonna turn out.”‘

Mendes added: ‘I probably would of been discouraged enough to move into a different world sonically if I didn’t have her kind of backing me the whole time. I’m thankful for that.’

The Canadian artist has also been promoting his Netflix documentary In Wonder, which premieres November 23 on the streaming platform.
