Flawless Real Talk from Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow connects with fans through LIVIT… after performance at the BET Hip Hop Awards

Flawless Real Talk isn’t letting COVID keep him from his fans.

The 27-year-old rapper wooed with the world with his rhymes when he appeared on the Netflix competition Rhythm + Flow in 2019.

And though the pandemic has put much of the music world on hold, the Providence, Rhode Island native is continuing to connect to his fanbase through LIVIT, an international live streaming app for rising music artists, entertainers and influencers.

When the pandemic lead to Flawless’ first world tour being cancelled, he knew how to turn a setback into an opportunity.

Partnering with LIVIT, the On My Way rapper found an avenue to give people a better look into his music and his life.

Through the platform he’ll offer fans – which number some 786million on Instagram alone – behind-the-scenes glimpses at studio sessions, workshops, videos of his day-to-day life and more. He’ll also perform his first live LIVIT concert on November 13th.

But Flawless – given name Alberto Martinez – also knew he wanted to give back, so he teamed up with the platform to showcase a monthly live-streamed visit to charities, shelters, food banks, hospitals, fire stations and more in need, also inviting fans to donate.

The rapper was quick to recognize the importance of staying in touch with fans at a time when people feel so isolated.

‘So live streaming and being able to connect with artists that you look up to or people that have influenced you has really made a great deal in mental health and everything every day in their everyday lives.’

Flawless solidified his place in hip-hop his through drive and dedication, having toured with Tech N9ne and shared stages with Waka Flocka Flame, Joe Budden, French Montana and the Wu-Tang Clan.
