Audiences winced as Shaynna Jack was crushed by Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins during a brutal game of murder ball on Seven’s SAS Australia last Tuesday.  

And the swimmer, 21, was spotted looking rather pensive as she stepped out in Brisbane, Queensland on Wednesday, hours after her ordeal aired on-screens.

Shayna appeared lost in thought as she strolled through a carpark with a mobile phone in-hand.

Looking worlds away from her days as a mud-covered SAS celebrity recruit, the blonde wore a breezy, red-and-white printed sundress and a chic denim jacket. 

She completed her look with a pair of checked mule flats and a pale pink tote bag. 

For jewellery, Shaybna accessorised with a silver pendant necklace, simple stud earrings and a silver ring.

Shayna was seen staring down at her phone with a serious expression. 

She may have been checking the latest headlines about Tuesday’s episode of SAS Australia, which saw her rushed to the infirmary after being tackled to the ground by former rugby union player Nick, 33. 

Shayna was fighting for control of a tyre during a game of murder ball when Nick came running at full speed and knocked her to the ground.

Shayna was heard groaning as she collapsed into the mud, as Nick continued to fight for the tire.   

As the game ended, Shayna was still seen lying on the ground, clutching her midsection in pain.  

As they returned to the base camp later that night, an injured Shayna collapsed as she stepped out of the truck, requiring the attention of a medic who determined she had a bruised rib. 

SAS Australia continues Monday at 7.30pm on Channel Seven.
