But Emily Andre has only just taken the plunge, joining the social media site on Wednesday night for the first time.
The wife of Peter Andre wrote in her first post that she wanted to share ‘health, medical and parenting chat,’ with her followers, whose numbers soon grew to over 92k thanks to a shout out from her doting husband.

Joining under the Insta handle ‘Dr_emily_official’, Emily shared a gorgeous photo of herself in an -off-the-shoulder dress as her first post, alongside the caption: ’I’ve finally taken the plunge! Follow for health, medical and parenting chat #dremily #nhs #healthandparenting.’
In her profile the 31-year-old wrote she was a ‘Mum of 2, NHS Doctor, Charity Ambassador for Caudwell Children and OK Magazine Health and Parenting Columnist.’
A second post shared on Wednesday night saw the doctor upload a collaborative video with British Red Cross from earlier this year, giving children simple first aid tips.
Emily’s number one fan was Peter, who added the comment ‘welcome beautiful’ on her first post, and ‘love this’ on her second.

While she has scored nearly 100k followers in less than 12 hours, Emily currently only follows 29 people, including her husband and step children Junior and Princess.
Emily and Peter have been married for five years and are proud parents to two children Theodore, three, and Amelia, six, while Peter shares Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, with his ex wife Katie Price.

But last week Emily revealed that she was rather underwhelmed by Pete’s attempts to impress her during the early days of their romance after he turned up to her university halls of residence in a flashy Lamborghini.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 47, and his doctor wife, 31, joined Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes, both 60, for a special edition of Loose Women last Wednesday.
They spoke about the start of their relationship, which began in 2012, two years after they met through her surgeon father Ruaraidh, who introduced them after he performed emergency kidney stone removal on Peter.

During the course of the show, the couple were quizzed about the early stages of their courtship, with Emily recalling that her now-husband made a big faux pas while she was studying for her medical degree at the University of Bristol.
Emily told Eamonn and Ruth that one snowy night, Peter had decided to visit her and rocked up to her halls in his Italian sports car.
She told how the star almost had an accident due to the weather conditions and said the gesture was lost on her because she’s ‘not really into cars’.
Recalling the memory fondly, Emily went on: ‘That doesn’t really float my boat, so I think he misjudged it slightly. Because I couldn’t care less about cars or anything. But he didn’t do it again, that’s for sure!’

While Peter replied: ‘It was just foolish and I don’t know, I think in my thirties, I think I was having a mid-life crisis. I really do. In my forties, I just wouldn’t do that now.’
Probing further, host Ruth then asked whether at the time Peter was ‘trying hard to woo her’.
With the singer responding: ‘Yeah, because I really liked her and it took my so long to like her. Let me rephrase that, it took me so long to realise what I was feeling.
‘Once I asked and got approval from her dad, I had to because he was my friend, I thought “I can’t stuff this up”. So I have to do what I can.’

Emily and Peter began dating in 2012, after meeting through her father Ruaraidh, when he performed the kidney stones surgery in 2010.
Knowing she was a fan of his music, Ruaraidh introduced Emily to Peter leading to a friendship that developed into romance two years later.
In 2013, Emily deferred the final year of her medical course in order to concentrate on impending motherhood when she fell pregnant.
In September the following year, after Amelia’s arrival, Emily resumed her studies while staying with her mum and dad in Somerset while Peter was on tour.
