New gig: Shelley Craft revealed that she has fittingly become a qualified Real Estate Agent because she has always had a passion for the industry and she wanted to ‘upskill’

‘I’ve always loved real estate and loved design, but I wanted to find my own place too within the industry and within the show,’ she said.

‘My husband [Christian Sergiacomi] is a real estate agent up here in Byron Bay. We have our own agency. So, I was basically just upskilling in both fronts.’

Unfortunately, she won’t be selling any of the homes on this year’s season of The Block.

Shelley explained that she isn’t licensed in Victoria where the series is filmed, but she is hoping that will change in the future.

‘I have my NSW license so I’m not able to practise in Victoria, but that would just be a bridging course I imagine,’ she added.

Fans will also be thrilled to know that she hasn’t given up presenting and will still be a regular fixture on the Channel Nine reno show.
