Jennifer Garner reduced to tears as she finishes The Office binge with her kids in quarantine

Jennifer Garner has been enjoying plenty of quality time with her kids as they quarantine at home.

And the Golden Globe winner recently gave a very unfiltered look at how her family is spending isolation.

She was reduced to tears Monday, as she took to Instagram with a video of her reaction after finishing a binge of The Office with her kids.

The 48-year-old wore a black Dunder Mifflin t-shirt (the paper company where the sitcom was set), as she sat in front of a board that read: ‘Thank you, Dunder Mifflin.’

She captioned the video: ‘My kids and I have spent months piled on the couch working our way through “How to Behave as Grownups”, aka #TheOffice. Apparently we are sensitive people—the finale hit us pretty hard.

‘When I realized I’d accidentally shot my farewell testimonial in slo-mo I realized: your Monday might need this, too. #thankyoucastandcrew #pleasecomeoverweloveyou #icantwithfinales’

Garner quickly began sobbing in the slow-motion video, cutting the audio on her emotional speech.

She said more calmly in a voice-over: ‘You’ll never guess what show my kids and I have watched an episode a day of throughout quarantine. [LAUGHS] And guess what? We finished it. And guess what? It gave me some pretty big feelings.’

The Alias star poked fun at herself, as she continued: ‘Oh bless her heart. Oh my goodness, look who needed a big cry. And maybe a shower would have been helpful?

‘But it’s just nice to know you can still feel so much passion about something, right? So, thank you. If you’ve ever heard of this show The Office, you should try it. It’s wonderful.’

She concluded, as the video returned to normal speed, by emotionally quoting one of the show’s most popular lines from Jim Halpert (John Krasinski): ‘Bears, beets, Battlestar Gallactica.’

The endearing video was met with plenty of love, including from Jenna Fischer (who played Pam Beesly), inviting her to binge it again with her.

She wrote: ‘Oh Lady!! This is the sweetest and most wonderful post!! Sending you lots of love and if you want to start over @angelakinsey and I are re-watching for the podcast.

‘We are in the middle of Season 3 and have major feelings about lots of moments (Art Show, Dwight comforting Pam…)’

Garner has recently found herself back on the market, after it was reported earlier this month that she split from boyfriend of two years John Miller, 42.

She’s since sparked relationship rumors with longtime friend Bradley Cooper, 45, as they’ve been spotted spending time together.

A source told Star: ‘The attraction was always there, but they didn’t take the next step because they were always in relationships with other people.’

Garner and Cooper met on the set of the ABC action series, in which she starred as Sydney Bristow from 2001 to 2006.

She married Ben Affleck, 48, in 2005, sharing daughters Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11, and son Samuel, eight, before divorcing in 2018.

Cooper split last year with partner of four years Irina Shayk, 34, with whom he shares daughter Lea, three.
