‘But @scottdobby takes all that fear away. I am so happy I have found my soulmate.

‘Never give up on finding true love we all find it at different points in our life ❤️ #love #happiness.’

In the picture, Scarlett had a big smile on her face and looked lovely wearing a black mini dress and sandals as she stood by the water’s edge.

Scott matched her style in black, opting for a Rolling Stones T-shirt, shorts and trainers.

The day before, Scarlett showcased her curves in a swimsuit as she insisted ‘every body is a beach body’.

She celebrated body confidence as she encouraged her fans to ‘be kind’ to themselves and embrace their bodies.

The former Gogglebox star uploaded a clip of herself to Instagram in a dark green one piece while she sun bathed on a boat.

Scarlett looked stunning in the video as she showed off her sun-kissed tan while also sporting a pair of sunglasses.

Alongside the clip, she wrote: ‘BE KIND not just to others but to yourself! This is my body my boobs my belly my legs ❤️

‘If you are like me & have ever criticised your body or missed out like not gone on a night out or to a beach or pool or cancelled an event because you felt like you looked too fat or too thin or too saggy or not perfect then STOP!

‘Lets be our own best friends and not stop living our best life just because we aren’t a “perfect aesthetic” life is far too short and life would be super boring if we were all the same!

It comes after Scarlett revealed she has been subjected to relentless online trolling over the years and feels ‘lucky’ she was able to escape from a dark place.

Scarlett detailed in Grazia how she worked in Asda when her friend told her about Gogglebox to which she mused: ‘It’s £50 and a free takeaway, what’s the worst that can happen?’

Following her family’s first appearance on the show, Scarlett said that the online abuse began instantly.

She recounted: ‘We got Twitter so we could chat to people while it was on. Immediately, I started getting really horrible messages about how ugly, fat and stupid I was.

‘All of a sudden, all of these people, who didn’t even know me, were forming opinions about me from five minutes on a half-hour show. It hit me hard.’

However, she stuck with the show and two years later in 2016 appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, from which she walked away victorious.

She shared: ‘I felt very lucky. Looking back, at that point I realise I had been put on a pedestal. In the press, it was just nice story after nice story, and then, with Ant And Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway – I was a co-presenter for a time – it was the same thing.

‘But I quickly noticed that the more popular I was getting on TV and in the press, the more unpopular I was getting on social media. I was being trolled way more, with people attacking the way I look, speak, dress – you name it.’

Scarlett spoke about her appearance on Love Island After Sun and the online abuse that she received after that eventually caused her to call the Samaritans helpline.

She shared: ‘I just wanted to disappear, I didn’t know where I wanted to disappear to, but I needed it to stop – everything felt out of my control.’

However, things got better for the reality star when she went to therapy for a year.

Scarlett added: 'Lets be our own best friends and not stop living our best life just because we aren’t a "perfect aesthetic" life is far too short'

Now she feels she has grown as a person, not just coping with online bullies but in her own self confidence.

Scarlett looked sensational for the photoshoot accompanying her revealing interview, as she posed in a pale blue pussy bow blouse.

In another powerful image, the beauty is seen holding up various boards that spell out hateful words trolls have called her in the past.
