NRL player Josh Reynolds lists his Sydney townhouse for $1.8million after turbulent split from ex-girlfriend Arabella Del Busso
NRL player Josh Reynolds is selling his four-bedroom townhouse n Sydney’s Cronulla South.
The West Tigers star, who recently appeared on 60 Minutes to accuse ex-girlfriend Arabella Del Busso of conning him out of thousands, sold another property on the same street just weeks ago.
The property has an initial price guide of $1.7million to $1.8million, and will go to auction on September 12 through Reno Santaguida of Cronulla Real Estate, Domain reports.

Located in one of Caringbah South’s most sought after streets, this sleek, modern home is a stones throw away from the spectacular Port Hacking River.
It features three bathrooms, a decked entertaining area with a wood fire oven and an outdoor pool.
The property is one of four townhouses developed on a site purchased in 2017 by Josh along with his former Bulldogs teammate Michael Lichaa and property developer James Marroun.

The trio splashed $2.5million on the site, before knocking down an existing property on the land and building four townhouses in its place.
The auction comes just months after Josh sensationally accused his lingerie model ex Arabella of conning him out of thousands of dollars and tricking him into thinking she miscarried their unborn twins.
The saga played out on 60 Minutes in May, when both Josh and Arabella gave emotional sit-down interviews with reporter Tom Steinfort.

During the sit-down, for which she was reportedly paid a five-figure sum, Arabella tearfully denied faking pregnancies and miscarriages during her tumultuous relationship with Josh.
She did admit, however, to passing off another woman’s ultrasound scan as her own in order to ‘spite’ her then-boyfriend.
When asked by Tom if she had lied about getting pregnant, she sheepishly responded: ‘I’m denying those claims.’
‘Is that a no?’ Tom asked, to which she replied: ‘I didn’t say that.’
Arabella and Josh had met on Instagram in 2018 and had a one-night stand, after which she claimed she fell pregnant with twins.
