They were first linked romantically after they were seen holding hands while out in Los Angeles in December 2018.

The Newsroom actress, 40, and the Philadelphia Fusion president, 30, had their public debut nearly a year late in 2019 when they attended a Halloween party in a couples costume.

Roberts is the son of Comcast CEO Brian Roberts and the grandson of the company’s founder Ralph Roberts.

Munn, who stars in the Netflix rom-com Love, Wedding, Repeat, revealed that it was advice from her mother about the realities of marriage that inspired her to go it alone.

She told news.com.au in June: ‘When I was a kid, my mum would always say to me over and over, ‘Never just grow up, marry a man and become his wife. Always make a name for yourself’.’

She explained that her Vietnamese mother, Kimberly, fled to the US after the war in 1975 and married her father, Winston Munn.

Her parents split when she was just two, and her mother went on to marry another man.

Up in the air: 'That's something that she never really wanted for me, ever. So being married, going to weddings, thinking about my wedding gown, and finding a guy to make my life whole is not the same for me. I feel pretty whole as is,' she added (pictured in February 2020)

The actress said her mother felt that she just became someone’s wife, rather than be her own person.

Olivia previously dated NFL star Aaron Rodgers from 2014 to 2017.
