Abbie Chatfield skips Bachelor in Paradise premiere on quiet night out

Abbie Chatfield fawned over British heartthrob Ciarran Stott during the season premiere of Bachelor in Paradise on Wednesday.

But instead of watching the episode, the 25-year-old reality TV star instead enjoyed a quiet night out with a friend in Sydney.

Abbie, who was portrayed as a villain on last year’s season of The Bachelor, beamed as she arrived at The Royal Oak Hotel in Double Bay.

She paired blue jeans with a white crop top, which featured sleeved gloves and a cut out detail across her chest.

Abbie competed her look with a leather jacket and white sneakers, and accessorised with a small black purse and statement earrings.

The former property valuer styled her long auburn hair in loose waves that cascaded down her shoulders.

She opted for a flawless makeup look consisting of peachy cheeks, glossy lips and lashings of mascara.

Abbie smiled on her way to the venue, and showed off her sassy personality by playfully flicking her hair.

While waiting for her friend, the Bachelor 2019 runner-up sat at a table on her own and drank a beer as she scrolled through her iPhone.

The ladies then went across the road to Italian restaurant Matteo for dinner, and Abbie looked breezy and confident as they stepped inside.

Second time's a charm?  It comes after Abbie's appearance on The Project on Wednesday ahead of the premiere, where revealed why she decided to give love another shot on the show.  She told the panel: 'Well, it couldn't be worse than last time'

Before appearing on the Bachelor in Paradise, Abbie had her heart broken by Matt Agnew in the grand final on The Bachelor.

The astrophysicist chose Chelsie McLeod as his winner instead, but they broke up a few months later.
