His quality dad time comes after his three children, who he shares with ex Meghan King, 35, went hiking with her new boyfriend Christian Schauft earlier this week.
The 49-year-old retired athlete appeared ecstatic to be splashing around with three-year-old daughter Aspen and twins boys Hart and Hayes, 2, in multiple Instagram snaps.

Meghan looked joyful on a scenic hike in his native hometown Utah, as she explored the rugged terrain with her one of her tots strapped to her back.
King is reportedly ‘head over heels in love’ with Schauft, who is the founder of Uncharted Supply Company, and has been spending a lot of time in Utah.
