Scott recently celebrated his 37th birthday without Sofia, and instead was joined by ex Kourtney Kardashian and their three children, Mason, 10, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 5, in Lake Powell, Utah.

The Talentless CEO was reportedly dealing with issues related to alcohol and cocaine use, but his lawyer Marty Singer disputed that characterization to TMZ.

‘In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas.’

Scott, who is from Long Island, New York, saw his mother Bonnie die in October 2013. His father Jeffrey passed away months later in January 2014.

Following his rehab stint, the reality star returned to quarantine together with Sofia.

His ex, Kourtney Kardashian, seemed to reference his rehab stint with a cryptic Instagram Stories post: ‘kinda tired of being OK with things im not okay with.’
