Steve ‘Commando’ Willis looks downcast as he and Harika Vancuylenberg run training session in Sydney

He’s currently embroiled in a bitter restraining order row with a former client.

And on Thursday, Steve ‘Commando’ Willis looked a little downcast as he and his new girlfriend Harika Vancuylenberg ran a training session in Richmond, Sydney.

The 44-year-old former Biggest Loser trainer looked tense as he put some clients through their paces -the same day that a court heard more details about his dispute with amateur ballerina, Jun ‘Margaret’ Yue.

Everything okay? Steve ‘Commando’ Willis looked downcast as he and girlfriend Harika Vancuylenberg ran a training session in Sydney – amid his bitter restraining order row with a former client

Steve beat the chill at the training session by wearing black tracksuit pants and a long sleeve top from his own fitness line.

Harika, who looks incredibly similar to Steve’s ex Michelle Bridges, wore black leggings with a top and jacket from Steve’s brand, Get Commando Fit.

The brunette appeared to keep on top of the paperwork at the training session, clutching a clipboard and running over some details with Steve.

The pair put some clients through their paces at a local park, with a series of heavy weights on hand for some circuits.

Steve is fighting for an apprehended violence order against his former client, amateur ballerina Jun ‘Margaret’ Yue.

Ms Yue once travelled across the country for one of Steve’s bootcamps and regularly posted about their exercise sessions together.

She allegedly showed ‘indications of stalking or intimidating behaviour’ in a bitter stoush over alleged unpaid money, a court has heard.

The pair fell out amid claims she allegedly failed to pay him $1,350.

The parties were ordered to try mediation during their last appearance in court, but on Thursday a magistrate was told Steve had refused to go into talks with Ms Yue.

‘(They) refused to participate in mediation,’ Ms Yue’s solicitor Fontini Constanteopedos told Parramatta Local Court, adding she had made attempts to negotiate.

A police prosecutor, who declined to give her name, claimed in court that while the roots of the dispute were a financial matter, ‘there are indications of stalking and intimidating behaviour.’

But police have never charged her with any offences over the stoush.

The court heard two police witnesses and the ‘persons in need of protection’ – the Commando and his girlfriend Harika Vancuylenberg – are expected to be called to give evidence at a two hour hearing in October.

Meanwhile, Ms Yue has tapped a barrister to represent her in the matter, former Aboriginal Legal Service solicitor Michael Fokkes.

Their relationship appears irreparably damaged after video emerged of a dramatic argument with Steve over in Sydney’s north-west.

Steve went to NSW Police in June and Ms Yue was hit with an interim apprehended violence order.

The order includes special conditions banning Ms Yue from going within 200m of Willis or going to the park where he trains.

It also hits her with standard conditions warning her not to stalk, intimidate, assault, harrass or destroy the property of Commando.

Ms Yue has always maintained she does not owe him money, and is contesting the order.

Magistrate Robyn Denes said: ‘I certainly encourage the parties to negotiate that one’.

The case returns to court for hearing on October 21.
