And Kerry Washington enjoyed another meditative session Sunday in her backyard, where she balanced mind and body with a few relaxing stretches.
The Scandal actress, 43, shared a snap of herself standing in tree pose as she gazed skywards, with her hands pressed together into a prayer position.

Kerry wore a leopard print yoga outfit that clung to her svelte shape as she stood barefoot on her black yoga mat.
Her tresses were styled back into two low buns, as a wide headband both held back fly-away hairs and added style to her sporty look.
In another photo, Kerry gazed peacefully towards the camera as she sat upon her yoga mat with her legs crossed.
Kerry posted a video of the yoga session onto her Instagram account, where she led fans into a brief lesson before speaking with Kendrick Sampson about social justice.

After her lesson and conversation was complete, she shared the photos onto her Instagram account.

Kerry has been speaking up after the death of George Floyd sparked civil unrest and protests across the country.
Last week, the actress said she was happy to learn people had been watching her film American Son in order to gain an ‘understanding’ of the current events.
The film tells the story of an ‘estranged interracial couple’ – played by Washington and actor Steven Pasquale – who reunite at a Florida police station to locate their missing teenage son.
‘It makes me so happy that people are watching #AmericanSon on @netflix to deepen their compassion and understanding. My dream for this film was to spark conversations that would lead to change. What questions are popping up for you as you watch or after you watch?’ she wrote on Instagram.
