Modern Family star Sarah Hyland has splashed out on a $4 million home with her fiance Wells Adams in Studio City, Los Angeles.
The luxury five-bedroom, six-bathroom gated pad comes with a home cinema, an outdoor pool and a wine cellar.
Sarah, 29, became engaged to former Bachelorette star Wells, 35, last year when he proposed on the beach in Fiji during a romantic getaway.

But that has not stopped them moving into the exclusive farmhouse-style mansion during the pandemic.
The property in the San Fernando Valley comes with 6,000 square feet and was built in 2018.

Sarah met Wells through social media in 2016 and began dating the following year after her split with Dominic Sherwood.

The couple threw an engagement party in November in the wake of their happy news, but now their wedding plans will have to be put on hold.
Recently, Wells opened up to UsWeekly about their home life, saying that the lockdown has only ‘reconfirmed’ that he made the right decision to ask Sarah to marry him.
The actor said the pandemic has been ‘scary and anxiety-ridden just because you don’t know the future’ but added that ‘it’s been nice spending a lot of time’ with his fiancée.

‘If this had never happened, I would have been working on a different project and then [Bachelor in] Paradise.
