Kyle Sandilands says Jackie O’s ex-husband Lee sounds ‘so much happier’ since their divorce

KIIS FM star Jackie O has been nursing heartbreak since her shock split with ex-husband Lee Henderson back in 2018, after 18 years together.

And on her radio show this week, co-host Kyle Sandilands took a brutal dig at Jackie, 46, over her failed relationship.

Kyle, 50, said that he thinks that photographer Lee ‘sounds so much happier’ without her, after she called him live on air during a hilarious segment.

That’s gotta hurt! Kyle Sandilands said this week on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that Jackie’s ex-husband Lee Henderson sounds ‘so much happier’ since their divorce

Jackie had called her ex Lee on air to ask about the stomach-turning stipulation in their will that his sister would get access to their fortune to look after their daughter Kitty if something happened to them.

Lee reminded Jackie that in their will, his sister Kelly would only be able access Kitty’s inheritance if she ate his ashes.

After the pair cracked up together, Kyle joked that they were a perfect pair because they’re ‘as mental as each other.’

But then he took a dig at Jackie by saying that Lee sounds ‘so much happier’ without her.

‘Why did those two break up, they’re as mental as each other, they should have stayed together,’ Kyle joked.

He cheekily added: ‘He sounds so much happier now that you’re gone,’ making Jackie burst out laughing.

Jackie announced her split from her second husband Lee in late 2018, after 18 years together.

And the KIIS FM host revealed last month that she doesn’t think she’ll ever walk down the aisle again.

When asked whether she’d tie the knot for a third time, the mother of one told Daily Mail Australia: ‘I don’t know, I don’t really think about it. I think ultimately, no.’

Jackie, who is the newest ambassador for WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, added that she doesn’t plan to start dating again for at least another three years.

She said she wants to wait until her daughter, Kitty, 10, becomes a teenager before she puts herself out there.

‘I feel like I have a few years left before my daughter wants to go off with her friends every weekend,’ she said.

‘She’s ten now; she’ll be 11 at the end of the year. For me, I just don’t want to bring in that kind of complication with her. I just am so mindful about it.

‘That’s not to say… you never know. You never know who you might meet. But if it happened it would be unintentional instead of intentional.’

‘I’ve always found in my past dating life that when you’re looking, you never find them, and when you stop they come along,’ she added.

Jackie shares custody of Kitty with her ex-husband Lee, who is now in a relationship with tattooed jujitsu instructor Gabriella Motta.

The Hendersons remain on amicable terms as they co-parent Kitty.
