The radio presenter completed her relaxed look with a pair of oversized shades.

The outing comes as the new mum posted a series of sweet photos to her Insagram of baby Noa on Wednesday.

Kate took to Instagram, posting the adorable snaps of her daughter sporting a mohawk.

She captioned the images ‘The many faces of Noa Daisy Ilse’, adding a heart emoji.

She said in the lengthy paragraph: ‘Her face is simply incredible. I love her so much. All new baby hair is growing around the sides of her potato head but she still has the hair on top, which never fell out. So of course I gave her a mohawk!’

She ended her gushy post with the playful disclaimer: ‘(I swear if you’re about to comment that I’m mean for doing this and my baby did not give me permission to style her hair like that do me a favour Karen, have a Solero and shut the f*** up.) xoxo’

It comes after the social media star burst into tears on Instagram on Tuesday, where she told fans she’d been struggling with her post-pregnancy hormones.

She emotionally asked fans ‘when do your hormones calm down after having a baby?’ after admitted she had even burst into tears over football.

Kate added: ‘I have just been crying at José Mourinho on TalkSport speaking about England v Germany tonight,’ she said.

 The new mum wiped away tears as she talked about Gareth Southgate missing the penalty against Germany in the 1996 Euros.

‘It was tragic! But worthy of tears?’ she asked herself, shaking her head.

Kate reassured fans that despite crying over football, she’s ‘fine’, although said she had been feeling poorly.
