She recently admitted to feeling nervous about taking care of her newborn son Sunny as well as her two dogs.

But model and influencer Elyse Knowles, 28, proved she’s since overcome her fears as she stepped out with her baby and pooches in tow on Thursday.

Looking every inch the multitasking mama, the blonde strolled through the streets of Byron Bay with Sunny strapped to her chest, a coffee in one hand and her dog’s leash in the other.

Juggling act! Elyse Knowles, 28, was every inch the multitasking mama as she carried her newborn Sunny in a sling while grabbing a coffee and taking her dogs for a walk in Byron Bay on Thursday

Elyse, who shares baby Sunny with her fiancé Josh Barker, dressed down in a pair of loose blue jeans, a white sweater and  pair of black Converse sneakers.

She tied her hair into a no-fuss, half-up style and carried her belongings in a canvas tote bag slung over one shoulder.

Just last month, Elyse revealed she was crippled by anxiety following the birth of her son.

‘I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it,’ she said.

‘Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… and Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared.’

She added: ‘I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it.”

‘It took a couple of times to feel confident. But I’m not going to lie, it was hard at the start.’

Elyse said Josh had urged her to go outside and continue her life as normally as possible.

‘Josh was really great with pushing me out, so we went camping when Sunny was five weeks old,’ she said.

‘We got out there and did it. Josh said, “What could go wrong?” Which is true. And I’m so grateful he did push me because now I feel confident doing those special things as a family.’

Elyse welcomed Sunny, her first child with Josh, on February 25.
