Martha Kalifatidis asks David Genat for advice on how to use her new power on Celebrity Apprentice

Martha Kalifatidis asks David Genat for advice on how to use her new power on Celebrity Apprentice – and the model’s suggestion is BRUTAL

After project managing the winning team on Sunday’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice, Martha Kalifatidis was given the ultimate advantage by Lord Alan Sugar.

On Monday’s show, the Married At First Sight star-turned-influencer was told she could choose who she would like to ‘swap out’ from her team for the other team.

Unsure how to use the game changer to her advantage, Martha, 32, called on the help of David Genat, who was fired on Sunday for claims of playing the game.

‘David, he’s really strategic. He is strategising 170 per cent of the time, so I’m interested to see what Dave would do. I’m just taking notes,’ Martha said in a piece to camera.

Having met up at a Sydney restaurant, David, 41, encouraged Martha to ‘cut your stronger player and pull in someone really weak’, and ‘play them if you need to’.

‘You need to pull in someone really weak. Like who you think is the weakest person in the game, bring them to your team,’ the Survivor star said with a sly expression.

While they engaged in a war of words on Sunday’s episode, David had nothing but praise for Martha’s business acumen.

‘You have the capacity to win a task by yourself. You have good ideas, good management, you’re going to be fine,’ the model said.

‘And if you need someone to throw under the bus, you throw them under the bus,’ he brutally added.

Listening intently and nodding her head, Martha responded with ‘okay, okay’.

Having been accused by his co-stars of ‘coasting along’ and playing the game, David gave Martha some further advice on preventing a boardroom firing.

‘Cut your stronger player, pull a weak player from Team Momentum, that when you go into the boardroom you can slay them if you need to. That’s the angle,’ he said.

Appearing grateful, Martha said in a piece to camera that while David’s advice was brutal, she’s not in the competition to make friends.

‘Brutal, but Lord Sugar says he doesn’t want hugs and kisses bull***t. Okay, I love my team, but I’m not really here to make friends… so I want to play the game to win.’

Celebrity Apprentice continues Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine
