She and husband Josh Miller welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Harvey John Miller, almost three weeks ago.
And on Sunday, Steph Claire Smith shone a spotlight on the reality of being a first-time mother.
‘Love my new reality – even if it has me looking like this most of the time,’ she wrote on Instagram, alongside a picture of herself with dishevelled hair.

‘Last night as we were putting Harvey down he had his second epic poo explosion, all down his leg inside his jumpsuit and because I was feeding him I didn’t notice it soak through to my pillow case,’ she explained.
‘Fair to say we didn’t go straight to sleep after that. Then this morning he was having skin on skin time with Josh and pooed on him… Then when I changed him he peed on me.
Thankfully, Steph was able to see the funny side of it all, admitting ‘Parenthood is messy, but it’s bloody amazing too.’
The fitness influencer’s post comes after she shared intimate photos from her labour on Thursday.
In one photo, Steph is pictured lying in a hospital bed and covering her eyes.

In a third image, Steph has wrapped herself in a white hospital blanket and is giving birth to her son.
She wrote in the caption: ‘Whilst my birth didn’t go how I envisioned or how I “planned: I’m so incredibly grateful for the whole experience and thankful that Harvey and I were A-okay.’

Steph welcomed her son Harvey into the world on May 4, and announced his arrival two days later.
She shared a photo to Instagram of herself cradling Harvey in hospital as Josh gazed sweetly at the newborn.
‘Meet our little man,’ she wrote in the caption. ‘Harvey John Miller. 3.17kg, born at 1:21am, 4.5.21. We are in the biggest love bubble.’

Steph and Josh announced in October they were expecting their first child together.
The couple threw a gender reveal party the following month and confirmed they were having a boy.
The pair married in November 2019 in a festival-themed ceremony along the Murray River, exactly one year after getting engaged at the same location.
