Watch the new trailer for The Celebrity Apprentice

The new season of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia is set to premiere on Sunday on Channel Nine. 

And it seems that the new series is one of the best ones yet, if the latest teaser is anything to go by. 

From The Veronicas breaking down in tears, Anthony Callea calling out his love of Botox to billionaire boss Lord Alan Sugar asking Martha Kalifatidis why she’s known as the ‘Kmart Kim Kardashian,’ it’s going to be a wild ride this season.  

‘They’re icons, legends of their worlds but no amount of fame, money or ego can save them from the new boss in a cut throat showbiz showdown,’ a voice over teases. 

‘Who will claw their way to the top?’  

At one point in the clip, Anthony Callea is seen talking to his co-stars and hilariously quipping: ‘My face doesn’t move I’ve had so much Botox!’

Cut to the boardroom and Lord Alan Sugar is seen asking a stoney-faced Martha, ‘They call you the Kmart Kardashian?’ 

At one point, The Veronicas duo Jess and Lisa Origliasso are seen crying, presumably after a task overwhelmed them.

This year’s cast includes The Block’s Shaynna Blaze, Michelle Bridges, Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli and Survivor star David Genat.

In another recent teaser for the show, Michelle Bridges was left fuming as Survivor star David accused her of being incompetent as a leader during a boardroom meeting with CEO Lord Alan Sugar. 

‘I’m hoping Michelle Bridges gets fired today,’ the scheming hunk told producers. 

She later called David a ‘back-stabber’ on Instagram.
