Big Brother’s Christina Podolyan and intruder Brenton Balicki strike up a romance after 12 hours in isolation together – as the twins face eviction
On Tuesday’s episode of Big Brother Australia, Christina Podolyan took a shine to intruder Brenton Balicki.
Christina, 22, and Brendan, 31, flirted up a storm as they got to know one another, before Big Brother called them in to the diary room for a task.
The pair would be locked in a hallway overnight, isolated from the other housemates for 12 hours, while they ‘patrolled’ the area like security guards.

Both Christina and Brendon treated the task like a date, dressing up to the nines before meeting up.
Once in the hallway, the budding couple chatted and flirted, getting to know one another.
When it was time for bed, they held hands, cuddling up close and whispering sweet nothings before falling asleep.

The next day, Christina admitted to Big Brother that she had feelings for Brendan, but wanted to keep their relationship quiet so as not to be seen as a threat by the others.
Brendan was made an official housemate after winning a challenge, with twins Alexandra and Charlotte McCristal and Gabe Criste up for eviction.
After using his shy and retiring exterior to fool the housemates, Gabe formed alliances and was saved

The twins tearfully made their exit, but then Big Brother revealed a twist – only one of the twins could stay.
The sisters would have to fight it out for the final place with a challenge, to be held on the next episode.
Charlotte had repeatedly stated that she wanted Alexandra to stay, because she was the one who applied – but now the challenge will decide the winner.
