MAFS’ Martha Kalifiatidis is ‘in talks for her own Kardashian-style reality show’

She’s long referred to herself as Australia’s ‘Kmart Kim Kardashian.’ 

And Married At First Sight‘s Martha Kalifiatidis, 32, is now set to star in her own Keeping Up With The Kardashians-inspired reality show alongside her family, New Idea magazine reports.  

According to an insider, Martha and her glamorous family are being inundated with lucrative deals from Australia’s top casting directors.  

‘Offers are definitely being put forward to green light a Kardashian-style reality series this year,’ the source said. 

Despite being bound to Channel Nine, New Idea claims Martha’s reality show could be picked up by Channel 10 ahead of Pilot Week. 

‘Martha has long been eyed off by Ten,’ they said.   

Martha has remained firmly in the spotlight since her reality TV debut two years ago. 

Aside from boasting huge social media following, the brunette also hosts Nine’s MAFS recap show Red Wine Moments and, more recently, starred in the network’s upcoming show Celebrity Apprentice.    

Fans are also familiar with Martha’s mother Mary, who became a reality sensation in her own right this year after joining the cast of Big Brother on Channel Seven.    

It’s not the first time rumours have swirled about Martha starring in her own reality show. 

In March last year, Martha’s publicist told NW magazine that production of a reality program had already started.  

‘I can confirm we are in the early stages of creating a reality show for Martha and her mum,’ the publicist said. 

An insider told the magazine the Channel Nine reality star had beauty mogul Kim Kardashian in mind when coming up with the project.     

‘She definitely wants to be the next Kimmy K,’ the source said.
