The Bachelor’s Tara Pavlovic celebrates her postpartum body in before-and-after photo just two weeks after giving birth to son Paddy George
She welcomed her first child, a baby boy named Paddy George, with her husband Nick Shepherdson on April 30.
And just two weeks later, Tara Pavlovic has showed off her post-baby body in before and after photos shared on Instagram.
Tara, 30, revealed in the caption that she ‘was not missing’ her baby bump, before adding she’s putting no pressure on herself to ‘bounce back’ to her pre-baby physique.

‘It feels so good to be able to move again without being in pain,’ she wrote. ‘Although this little rascal has me up throughout the night, I still feel so much better throughout the days.
‘I wasn’t even able to go for walks from 8/9 weeks because of my hips but now I’ve been able to walk everyday without any pain.’
Adding that her body shape is the ‘last thing on her mind’, she admitted she’s over the moon to be able to enjoy some light outdoor exercise and eat healthier foods.

‘I’m really proud and grateful of what my body has achieved,’ she added.
‘Of course babies have bad days and bad nights (yesterday omg) and sometimes I feel overwhelmed and super emotional but overall I’m really loving being a Mum!’
Earlier this month, Tara revealed she had taken her little one home from the hospital and that he’s doing well.
‘Thank you everyone, we are very happy and healthy over here,’ she said in an Instagram video where she cuddled her newborn.
She added: ‘This guy is going to cry for milk any minute, he loves it.’

Tara added that the birth ‘went well’, saying: ‘I am as good as someone who squeezed a baby out of their vagina can possibly be. It’s sore but I’m good.’
The former reality star shared the good news of Paddy’s arrival in an Instagram post, sharing a sweet photo of her newborn son.
She wrote in the caption: ‘Welcome to the world Paddy George Shepherdson.
‘Words can’t describe how beyond in love we are with you. We are so grateful that you arrived happy and healthy and we will love and protect you forever.’
Tara and Nick tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in September 2020, after being forced to postpone their wedding in April due to the pandemic.
The beauty rose to fame on Matty ‘J’ Johnson’s season of The Bachelor in 2017.
